Chom Chom

A Vietnamese pop-up dinner series by Andrew Ho in Portland, Oregon.

Andrew had the idea to start a pop-up dinner series featuring his favorite Vietnamese comfort foods with inclusive options for all that typically are not on the menu at most authentic restaurants.

Chôm chôm, means ‘rambutan’ in Vietnamese. The Vietnamese street food scene was the biggest inspiration for the branding but the aesthetic of hand-lettered signage, pops of color, and the community of sharing a meal together brought it all together.
